Thank you for registering with Bharatavarsha. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
Registration Cancellation
Participants may request cancellation by contacting the organizer before the registration closing date.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Failure to Attend
No refund will be provided for failure to attend the event, late arrival or changes in personal plans.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible participants may receive a full refund or an option to transfer registration to a future event.
Postponed or Rescheduled Event
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing registrations will remain valid for the revised date. Refunds, if any, will be considered at the organizer's discretion.
Duplicate Transactions
If a participant is charged more than once due to a technical issue, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days.
Payment Deducted but Registration Not Confirmed
Please contact the organizer with payment details. After verification, the registration will be confirmed or the amount will be refunded, as applicable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
